Final conference of the FP7 Science in Society project “MY SCIENCE –
European Program for Young Journalists” focusing on the theme
Communicating Science in Europe, relevant for researchers, journalists
and citizens of Europe

Panel presentations, debate
and discussion will be on the topics/questions:
Train researchers to be science
communicators or give journalists deeper insight into science
communication
How should science communication to wider public look like
in the future
Importance of ethics in Research. With emphasis - ÖTZI the Iceman
on display at the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology in Bolzano, one
of the world’s best-known and most important mummies.
Among the guests of the conference are Peter Grünberg, German
Nobel Laureate in Physics from 2007 (Germany), Istvan Palugyai,
editor of Hungarian newspaper and well known science communicator
(Hungary) and Nuno Crato, winner of the EU science communicator award
2007 (Portugal).
